The needs of every one of our guests has been carefully considered. Accessibility of all of our spaces is of the utmost importance, ensuring inclusivity and equal access to all guests, regardless of their physical abilities.

We take pride in prioritising accessibility to provide a truly welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and accommodated. Pullman Melbourne City Centre has been very recently refurbished and has been designed to cater to individuals with mobility challenges. Recognising and addressing the needs of all of our guests through smart room design, facilities throughout the hotel including public areas and through services we have on offer, remains paramount the level of excellent service we strive for. This is evident from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel with ramp access to reception, all public areas accessible by lift and lifts equipped with braille buttons, just to name a few accessibility initiatives in place.

Our professional and friendly team members have been trained to attend to the specific needs of guests and are always on standby to assist you in having the best stay possible.

ACCESSIBILITY INITIATIVES

The hotel has 4 accessible rooms with bathrooms and furniture designed to allow ease of movement.  

Valet parking is available for guests allowing easy access to our lobby area with a ramp pathway available for guests with accessibility concerns or those with prams to approach the reception desk. 

All of our restaurants including the Elevate Club Lounge are accessible via lift and accessible toilets are also available in all areas.

Assistance animals are welcome for the duration of a guest’s stay.

Lift buttons have braille and tactile ground surface indicators are in place where needed.

Guests with hearing challenges are provided with lights/bed shaker in the case of emergency.
